alternative finance
source for small business
2010 has seen a big increase in the international expansion of Interface. Since February 4 new offices have been opened in the UK, and one in Dublin. Australia is also growing strongly – a new office in Brisbane and one in Sydney's western suburbs.
David Banfield the President of Interface welcomes this – "the UK is a hugely important market where the general factoring product is more widespread than any other country (including USA). The Interface offering is well proven and suited to businesses that are too small for full factoring. They still from time to time need some short term cash flow assistance. This is very much Interface territory."
Australia too is very well serviced by full factoring products, with the major banks very strong in this area. "However their offering has minimum limits which are beyond the level of smaller owner operated firms," explains Mr Banfield.
Following several years of conservative growth and consolidation in the USA, Interface is really poised to make some significant global steps. Talks are under way in at least two other countries in Europe.
